Making progress with my weight loss

I am just back from seeing my community psychiatric nurse Sarah. We’ve been having appointments each week for the past couple of weeks. We’ve been working on healthy eating, and weight loss. She weighs me each week, and since I started working with her on the healthy lifestyle I’ve lost 7 pounds. I went from 99 KG to 96 KG’s. For my US readers 99 KG’s is 218 pounds, and 96 is 212 pounds.

I’m very pleased with my progress. Its slow and steady, and I like that.

I’m seeing results and that makes me very happy.

  1. Wonderful Carol Anne. Hang in there. I have been gradually losing some pounds as well. Keep up the good work. I have been eating nuts and oranges instead of bread and ice cream! :>)
