I was called for jury duty again. This is my second time being called in a year!
Last year when I got called, I got Doctor Barry to write me a letter, explaining that I wasn’t able to sit on a jury, due to having a mental illness.
I was excused then, and I thought that the court would take my name off of their system, but nope, they didn’t!
So now I am going to have to either get a letter from my psychiatrist again, or else get one from my GP!
I’ll probably end up getting one from my GP, as I don’t see doctor Barry again now until May 17th!
And I only have 14 days to reply to the summons!
Otherwise I get fined 500 euro!
So yeah, fun times! I’ll ring my GP on Monday and ask for a letter. Then I’m also going to phone the court house and ask them to be taken off their system!
