A POSITIVE CHANGE I’VE MADE IN MY LIFE

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

THIS IS LIZ, ONE OF THE ALTERS. I AM GOING TO ANSWER THIS PROMPT.

ONE CHANGE I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE RECENTLY IS THAT I HAVE WORKED VERY HARD IN THERAPY. I HAVE WORKED ON MY ANGER ISSUES. IT WAS NOT EASY BUT I DIDIT. I AM PROUD OF ME FOR THAT.

ANGER IS NOT AN EASY EMOTION TO SIT WITH. IT IS HARD TO FEEL IT.

MY THERAPIST IS AMAZING THOUGH AND SHE ALWAYS HELPS ME SO MUCH. I CAN TALK TO HER ABOUT ANYTHING.

SHE REALLY IS A TRUE BLESSING TO ME.

  1. A more healthy diet. Eliminated junk food and exercise every day. What a difference that has made.

I’m glad your therapist is helping you. That’s amazing.

    Have a fabulous day. ♥
