Fun way to exercise

What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Well…for me, its walking.

I enjoy it very much.

I have a treadmill, and I’ve started walking on it daily.

I try to get outside to walk when I can also.

But I need to get fitter, so walking on my treadmill is preferable for now.

I find when you walk on the pavement it is harder and I get pains in my legs, and my lower back.

It is just that I need to build up my stamina again though.

Then the pains will be gone!
