G is for gluten free snacks #Blogging A to Z

Ok, so after tomorrow, when all of my chocolate is gone, I am going on a health kick to lose sweight.

I am serious about this, I want to eat healthier, exercise more, and hopefully lose some weight in the process.

So I’ve been looking at some healthy snacks.

I looked at lentil chips, which I bought yesterday.

They are gluten free, and they taste really good.

I also looked at hummus bites.

They are tomato and basil flavored ones, and they are also gluten free.

Mom bought some at the store, I tasted them, and I must say I really liked them.

Other snack’s I am planning to snack on are carrot sticks dipped in hummus, cucumber slices, sliced up peppers, and sugar free gello.

After tomorrow, I’m not eating chocolate for the foreseeable future.

I’m also not getting any food delivered to me.

I’m also going to try to stop eating when I am not actually hungry!

That is a bad habit I got into!

I’m currently working with Sarah my CPn on healthy eating choices, losing weight, and my overall diet.

So I want to make the most of our time working together, and so this is what I need to do.

Wish me luck!
