Sleepy day

I slept all day. I wasn’t feeling good at all.

I was super exhausted.

I did manage to go see Dr. Barry this morning. But once I got home I literally wasn’t able to stay awake.

I felt crummy.

I had a headache and a stomach ache.

So off to bed I went. I haven’t eaten much all day.

I ate some fruit, and some rice cakes, but that was about it.

Now it is almost midnight, and I just woke up at 10 PM.

Our kids are delighted because our therapist Eileen wrote to them.

They love when she writes to them.

Anyway, I am glad I am feeling better.

It is a relief.
