I love My community psychiatric nurse CPN

I love my CPN! She’s so awesome! We had a check in appointment this morning.

I needed it!

My eating disorder has been kind of out of control.

My relationship with food isn’t good at the best of times.

I badly needed to discuss it with someone.

I set myself some goals for the next couple of weeks.

I am going to exercise at least 3 times a week for the next two weeks.

I am also only limiting getting food delivery to one time a week.

And I am upping my water intake!

And purging…well…I am trying to limit doing that also. If I feel the need to purge, I will go online and ask for support.

Or I will email my therapist.

So I have a plan now. I feel happier.

My CPN said she believes in me. Just hearing that validation was nice.
