Adapting and coping with the pandemic

How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

Well, I think I did ok!

I coped as best as I could given the circumstances.

It was hard, though. I hated all the lockdowns.

I had to see Eileen who is my therapist over zoom. That wasn’t great, but at least we had zoom!

I saw my psychiatrist Dr. Barry over the phone, mostly.

For lots of months that was the case.

I hated having to wear masks everywhere I went. I still hate it but now I only wear them to medical appointments.

Everyone now thinks the pandemic is over, I know it isn’t though.

I did catch covid last year, but I was vaccinated, so I never got too sick.

Thank god!

I am so glad I got vaccinated!

I’m really glad we’ve mostly gone back to how things were pre pandemic now.

What a relief!
