Still bothering me

My neck is still bothering me. I’ve been trying lots of stuff to deal with the pain. I put anti-inflamitory gel on my neck, I used muscle rub, I used a heat wrap, I used paracetamol. Everything I did worked to some degree. But the pain is still there, although, its just twinges now. Not severe pain thank god! When I lay down to sleep last night, I was able to lie comfortably and I did manage not to wake up multiple times during the night in pain. So that is all positive. I will just see how it goes, if the pain persists, I might make an apt with my GP.
I don’t really want to have to see the doctor. I want this to go away on its own.
Well, even if I am in pain in the morning, nothing will stop me from going to therapy, I’ll be there, pain or no pain.

  1. I have heard that tea, aroma therapy, essential oils, and cbd help with pain of that kind. I have insane level nerve pain in my hands right now, and am trying those things on my hands. I do not know how well they work yet either. I just thought I would suggest something because I sympathize. I hope you feel better, have a good day, if you can. You will be in my thoughts.
