Tomorrow

Tomorrow’s the day

I start my new regime

20 minutes I will walk

On a treadmill

My body needs exercise

I will physically exert myself

Maybe then

I’ll feel good

About my body

Maybe then

I will look in a mirror

And like who I am

Exerting myself physically

Will be challenging

But it is a challenge

I want to push myself to take up.

  1. Wishing you all the best Carol. You are beautiful so don’t think that you have to change your body to be beautiful. Do it for better health, because we all need to look after ourselves.

  2. You’ll do great with your exercise! Karla and I have finished our 5th week at the new gym with a trainer twice a week. I think I already feel stronger and get out of breath less easily. You’ll do great too!
