Crummy few hours

I’m still feeling crummy.

I tried to drink another cup of tea. I mean I did drink it, but the feeling of bloatedness, nausea and general ickiness is still there.

I tried to distract myself by watching a show on TV.

That sort of worked.

Now it is 9:30 and I’m wondering when this yuckiness is going to end.

I doubt I’ll sleep tonight if the bloating, gas, and general awfulness persists.

Thank goodness I have stuff to do to keep me occupied during the night.

This is just a crappy way to spend my Monday evening!
