Feeling blue

Tears flow

I just don’t know

What to do

I’m feeling so blue

Worry and stress

I’m one big mess

Falling apart

Don’t know where to start.

  1. Step 1: let it out. Good tears are never wasted.
Step 2: take the necessary nap after a good hard wail
Step 3: that’s a problem for later, focus on 1&2 and repeat as many times as needed.
Step 4: step 3, but you’re really done with step 1&2.

You got this. Just remember, if you’re a heavy nose leaker when crying to use real tissues and not paper towels or your nose will hate you!

    Sending love and hugs!
