I have some shoulder pain

I woke up with a sore shoulder.

I think I slept funny and hurt it in my sleep.

It hurts to move my arm, if I move it a certain way it’s painful.

I resorted to taking two paracetamol for the pain.

We’ll see if they do anything to help it.

I hate taking paracetamol. I hate swallowing them.

I must’ve laid on my arm in my sleep. Leave it to me to do something like that.

I’m going to rest for the afternoon, I think. I do have to cook dinner with Trish, but other than that, there isn’t anything going on.

Hopefully resting my arm and body will help the pain to settle.

  1. I’m sorry to hear about your shoulder pain. 😥😏 I can completely relate to your experience with shoulder pain. It’s always frustrating when you wake up with an unexpected ache or discomfort in your body, especially when you’re not sure how it happened. Paracetamol can be a helpful option for managing pain, but I understand not wanting to rely on medication too much. It’s never an enjoyable experience. However, I’m glad to hear that your pain subsided very soon. 😍 It’s amazing how our bodies can heal themselves with a little bit of rest and care. It’s important to listen to our bodies and give them the rest they need when we’re feeling pain or discomfort. I hope you continue to take good care of yourself and that your shoulder pain doesn’t come back. Remember to be gentle with your body and give it the rest it needs when necessary. 😊
