PTSD is a bitch

In darkness I sit

Heart hammering in my chest

Bang, bang

It sounds like a gun shot

I am gripped by fear

My stomach clenches

My heart pounds wildly in my chest

PTSD is a bitch.

  1. I used to have really bad PTSD. I struggled with multiple panic attacks a day, and derealization. It got to the point in which I couldn’t drive, I couldn’t go to the store, and I could t work. I struggled with PTSD for 15 years. Come read my post about how I healed. Now, I live a normal and happy life!
