Truthful Tuesday: Thoughts on spoiling kids

Di is our host for this prompt. You can check her post out here.

Truthful Tuesday 7th March | pensitivity101 (wordpress.com)

Her question this week is What are your thoughts on the saying Spare the Rod, Spoil the Child.

I don’t believe in spoiling kids. In fact I can’t stand spoilt kids.

Kids who get everything they want when they want don’t turn into nice adults.

They turn into very nasty ones.

They turn into the type of adults who think the world owes them something.

They are usually very rude and rudeness is something I can’t stand.

I definitely believe in disciplining kids when it is appropriate to do so.

A little discipline never hurt anyone.
