Pad Thai

Yesterday I made pad Thai with Trish.

It turned out great.

We put lots of veggies in it. Peas, onions, peppers, carrots.

We also put peanuts in it. And I had chicken and noodles.

I had enough to make two meals so I have leftovers for today.

I used a kit to make it, my sister had told me about the kits you can get. They include the noodles, the pad tai sauce, and peanuts.

So all I had to do was add the veggies and the chicken.

I’d definitely make it again. I really enjoyed my dinner.

It was Trish’s first time to try to make it. She was worried she’d do something wrong, and it wouldn’t turn out.

I told her not to worry, that I’d still eat it.

But I’m happy to report it was very enjoyable.
