I was kind of depressed this afternoon, so I went to bed. I know I probably should’ve pushed through it, but I just couldn’t.
I slept all evening. I woke a couple of times briefly, but I went right back to sleep again.
Now its past midnight, I only woke at 11:15 and I got up and got something to eat.
I am going to be up all night now, not good I know.
Oh well, at least tomorrow is a relatively quiet day. My mom and sister will come over, but other than that I don’t have too much to do.
I do work for a short while, maybe 2 hours, but that is fine, I’m up for that.
Maybe if I try to stay out of bed until 9 or 10 PM tomorrow night, I’ll sleep good then.

Sleep is sometimes really the only thing that helps when you’re depressed, so I’m glad you could get it. Good thing that you can take it easy today despite little sleep at night.
