DIY

Describe the most ambitious DIY project you’ve ever taken on.

In 2010, my house was flooded, the most ambitious DIY I also had to replace some of my furniture then. The car damaged in the flood. The other thing that I did in my house was replace my shower I got an electric shower put it in. i’m glad I did that. I don’t do a lot of home renovations, I don’t like messing around with all that stuff. I do need my house painted soon and I’m going to ask my uncle to do it for me, he painted my mum’s house for her and he done a really good job so I’m going to ask him to do mine for me too.I do need my house painted soon and I’m going to ask my uncle to do it for me, he painted my mum’s house for her and he done a really good job so I’m going to ask him to do mine for me too.

  1. I’m sorry to hear about the flood you experienced in 2010, and the damage it caused to your home and car. It must have been a difficult time for you to replace furniture and deal with repairs. However, it’s great to hear that you took the opportunity to improve your home, such as installing an electric shower. Small changes like this can make a big difference in our daily lives.

I can understand your hesitation with home renovations, as they can be a daunting task to take on. It’s wise to seek out the help of family or professionals when it comes to larger projects, like painting your house. It’s beautiful that your uncle has the experience and did a great job on your mum’s house, I’m sure he’ll do a fantastic job with yours too.

Thank you for sharing your story, and I hope your house painting project goes smoothly! 👍👏👌😊

  2. In the early ’80s, when I was about 20 years old, someone hit my car, crushing the front end. I took it all apart, from one end to the other, and rebuilt it as a custom car, with a high-performance engine, and lightweight fiberglass body parts, then painted it bright yellow. It was a lot, lot, of work. At times I wished I hadn’t started the project, but in the end it worked out great.
