Fluttering heart

My heart has been doing this fluttering thing all day.

It’s so weird!

I haven’t had any coffee today, so it isn’t from coffee.

It’s like I lose my breath for a second, and it kind of does a jolt in my chest.

It happened yesterday also.

I told my mom about it, but we couldn’t come up with any reason for it.

It is kind of worrying.

I really don’t know what to think!

It’s not a major thing, I mean, the flutter is slight, and it only happened a couple of times today.

I’ll just keep a close eye on it!

I hope it is nothing, as I really don’t want to have to deal with heart issues.

  1. I hope it doesn’t last too long! I’ve had those sensations too though, and they’ve turned out to be nothing. Still, if it keeps happening, be sure to get checked! Xo
