Heartbreak, heartache
I am grieving
I lost the most important animal to me this week
He was my eyes for 10 years
Together, we had so many adventures
He gave me so much love
Now he’s gone
But his spirit lives on
And my heart breaks a little bit
Every time I remember his last day on earth
I brought him to the vet
Not knowing we’d have to say goodbye
There and then
But I know
I did the right thing for him.
Goodbye sweet doggy friend
I love you so much, my forever friend.
