Cutting back on work hours

I’ve decided that I will cut down on the amount of hours that I volunteer on friendly call.

I am finding it tough lately. I am stressed out a lot, and my mind is elsewhere.

I decided to cut it down to 3 days a week instead of the five I was doing.

My supervisor called me today and we worked out my new schedule.

I will work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

That suits me, as it doesn’t interfere with any of my appointments.

I want to give my job my full attention when I am working, and so this is the compromise I came up with.

Hopefully this is going to work.

I think it will.
