My weekend coffee share post

I am joining in this week with weekend coffee share hosted by Natalie!

Ok, let’s see what we can discuss over coffee!

Sit down, and join me for a bit of a ramble!

First off, if we were having coffee I’d tell you that it is a bank holiday today, I have been at my parents’ house all weekend, normally I would go back home on Sunday afternoon, but not this weekend, I will instead go home today!

If we were having coffee I would tell you that I have an upcoming wedding this week, on Thursday. My cousin is getting married. She spent an enormous amount of money on her wedding. She has 3 kids, and herself and her future husband have been together for almost 18 years. I really didn’t see the point in going all out for their wedding, but that is what she wanted to do.

If we were having coffee I would tell you that our weather has gotten a lot better lately. The cold snap has ended, and now most days its 9 or 10 degrees c. It makes a nice change.

If we were having coffee, I would also tell you that I am seeing my therapist on Tuesday this week instead of our usual Monday mornings. This is because of the bank holiday, but it’s kind of weird to me to see her on Tuesdays. It also means that my PA Frances has to come at a later time on Tuesday, to accommodate me.

If we were having coffee, I would tell you that I started back at my volunteer job full time and I am loving it. I had taken some time out while my mom was ill and I found that when I took time out, I was so glad I did. I really needed the break.

Well that is about it for this coffee share post. I hope you’ve all enjoyed my ramble, and your drinks.

Until next week…
