What happens in London on new year’s eve! #Writephoto

Every new year’s eve

Crowds gather to see

This magnificent clock chime 12

Counting down with gusto

Big ben strikes

And a new year begins

Many resolutions made

They’ll be broken before too long

People say

Happy new year

Hug and kiss one another

All done underneath big ben!

  1. Very good and very vivid poem. I didn’t think of keeping this until new year as a prompt – haha I missed a trick there. Marvellous entry to the #writephoto challenge, thank you for joining in. KL ❤
