The good news is my blood sugar is coming down a little bit.
Its at 21.5 now, I’m too lazy to convert it into the US equivalent, but it was 26.3, and now it’s 21.5
Lets hope it keeps going down!
I’m going to check it again in a half hour.
In the meantime, I will take my good blogging buddy Jim’s advice, and eat some peanut butter!
Then, I will take my other good blogging buddy Paula’s advice, and walk for 10 minutes on the treadmill!
😃
That’s a good plan

Take care. I’d suggest a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water in such situations. If you can tolerate the taste. It is very handy to lower the blood sugar levels

I’m on 500mg twice a day @ moment. I see my nurse on Friday. Hopefully I won’t have to step up to 3 times daily

I started on 500 mg twice a day that’s the minimum and also think hope you don’t have to go up xx
