#Jusjojan and #SoCs January 28th throw in the towel!

Your prompt for #JusJoJan the 28th and Stream of Consciousness Saturday is: “throw in the towel.” Use the phrase “throw in the towel” somewhere in your post. Enjoy!

Thanks, Linda!

😃

Well I’ve really been bad about my weight loss lately.

I’ve thrown in the towel on it!

I want to get back on track, in my mind I want to.

But my brain has other ideas!

I weighed myself this afternoon. I was dreading it.

However, mom said to me, just do it!

So I did!

I weighed 217 pounds, that is 15.7 stone!

I was so disheartened. But then, it’s my own fault!

I have not been eating very healthily lately!

Well, as of tomorrow, that is going to change!

No more throwing in the towel!

Things have to change so they will!

Wish me luck!

I’m gonna need it!

😊
