My goals for a healthier me

I am currently watching a show called, operation transformation. It is a show where five people are on a mission to get fit, lose weight, and get healthy. Its really good, the stories of the contestants are all so inspiring.
It has inspired me to start being mindful again about my weight. Not only that, but I am also interested in exercising, and getting healthy.
I have an old apple watch, I think its the series 2 model. I have charged it up. And I will start tomorrow with walking on my treadmill, and doing some upper body exercising, as well.
I am going to try to do 30 minutes of exercise a day, as that is what the experts on this show recommend.
At least 2 of the contestants on this show are in my weight range, so I am going to have a look at their fitness plans as well…I’ll see if I can encorporate some of what they are doing into my daily routine.
If I can get fitter, lose a few inches around my waste, and maybe lose a little weight too in the process I’ll be happy.
We’ll see how it goes. Wish me luck!
