Bloganuary January 16th memories

Ready to write?

Today’s a great day to blog, and the Bloganuary prompt is:

Do you have a memory that’s linked to a smell?

For me, a lot of memories are linked to smells.

A certain perfume always reminds me of Dr. Barry because it is the perfume she wears and she always wares it when I see her!

The scent of roses and lilacs reminds me of my therapist.

She has lilacs in her garden and once she brought me out into the garden to smell them.

Also she has rose scented essential oil and she puts it in her diffuser sometimes.

A smell that reminds me of my mom is Radox bubble bath, because she always puts it in the bath and it smells up the house whenever she does that.

I always love the smell of Christmas cakes baking, it is a sure sign that Christmas is on its way.

There are lots of other good memories associated with particular smells, those are just a few of my favourites.
