Macdonalds for dinner, and weather warning for Ireland for the next four days!

So we did not end up having bacon and cabbage for dinner today as we’d planned. Mom decided not to cook, because she was going shopping with my sister, so she decided to eat at the food court in the shopping mall. So I came home, my sister dropped me home, and I ordered Macdonalds. I got a double bacon cheese burger and fries, and an apple pie. The younger insiders wanted chicken nuggets as well, so we ended up getting a six piece chicken nuggets to satisfy them. Of course we did not eat all of that food in one sitting. The kids decided that they wanted to eat their nuggets, and apple pie, and we saved the burger and fries until later. It was a very cheap meal, we got our food for 11 euros and then I added a tip for the delivery driver. So overall it came to 15 euro for all of that food which I thought was good value. Now that we’re full we can crack on with our day, I need to do some work organising files on my drives, ripping DVD’s, and then later on I will read. The weather is supposed to be very bad for the next four days. they are saying we’ll have sharp frost, snow and sleet, heavy rain and high winds. I will have to be out in it tomorrow, and on Wednesday morning. Temperatures are supposed to plummet to minus 7 and minus 8. Well for the rest of this evening I don’t have to go out in it. I am wrapped up in my snuggy, my PJ’S and my fluffy socks. My house feels warm and toasty and I am happy and content.
