I have decided not to make any formal resolutions this year.
I never keep them for long, and I don’t want to put pressure on myself and set myself up for failure!
I do want to work on some things this year, but I will do it at my own pace!
I want to try to exercise more, I’m aiming for exercising every day but not setting a goal just gonna try hard to do it!
I have a treadmill and I am going to try to walk on it daily!
I also want to read more books this year! That one should be easy!
I love to read!
I think I’m not going to set myself a reading challenge this year, but I will keep track of what I’ve read and will try to do more book reviews!
I also want to work on my health and getting healthier!
I want to try to bring down my cholesterol, and get better control of my diabetes!
Those are the main things I want to work on this year!
