Anxious tonight!

Anxiety has reared its ugly head. I am feeling very anxious tonight.

I am trying to breathe through it, but its not easy.

I am watching the voice kids, which is sort of helping me.

I am not sure why I feel so anxious. I can’t pinpoint why.

I also feel very nauseous!

I wrapped up in a soft blanket, and I am just trying to chill.

Hope I can get through it.

  1. We’re here with you 💗 One minute at a time, focus on right now.. Your breathing in and out. Big deep breaths. Remind yourself of your truths: youre loved. Your feelings are valid. They will come; and, you can let them go.
