My blog is now private. I wanted to privatise it. if your reading this, I trust you. I want you to be able to see my posts. I hope you’ll stick with me. I’m going through so much stress right now due to my mom being ill. My own mental health is starting to decline but I need to suck it up and deal, I need to be strong for mom. So I privatised this blog, now that its more private I can feel free to say more if I need to in it.

  1. Oh Carol Anne I am so sorry I have been wrapped up in my own problems and didn’t even know your mom was ill and that you are going through this. If you ever need to talk please message me. 💕

      1. A few years ago my close friend was going through health issues. I practiced living in the moment meditations and they helped me a lot. Whatever I did; ate, spent time with family and friends, I focused on how that experience felt rather than my worry. I’d keep redirecting my thoughts to the present.

  2. It makes all the sense that you’d want to make your blog private in such a difficult situation. I’m sorry you have to deal with so much stress with your mum and that it’s been going for so long. Hugs for all of you. 🙂
