Another infection for mom!

My mom is not having a great time of it since coming out of the hospital. First, she was having trouble with the oxygen company, she needs tanks of oxygen delivered and the company told her it will take 7 days and that the prescription needs to be signed off, yada yada yada, basically they’ve given her the runaround.
This morning she woke up feeling very congested and coughing up yellow mucus. She immediately realised it is a chest infection. Luckily she has a back up antibiotic that she’s had on standby. She rang the doctor to try to get a phone consultation, but the receptionist told her they were booked solid for the entire day.
So then, she rang the pharmacy. She asked the pharmacist if it was ok for her to take the back up antibiotic alongside the one she’s on longterm, and he said she could. So she has started it. I hope this new chest infection doesnt turn into anything more serious. My poor mom has been really breathless today and has been using her oxygen concentrator for most of the day.
Prayers, positive vibes and good thoughts for her if you could send them, guys!
I’d really appreciate it!
