Ah crap!

I am feeling pretty terrible!

My throat is very sore, I am coughing, and I have a fever!

I won’t be going to therapy tomorrow!

I texted Eileen to tell her, and we rescheduled it for next week.

Its disappointing, but oh well.

I am going to take some cold meds and lie down for a while, see if I can rest a bit.

This feels horrible! I hate being sick. I get so triggered when I am sick.

At least tomorrow I don’t have to go anywhere, and nobody will be here, because Trish is off.

Frances is covering her shift, but she’ll do her shift on Tuesday.

So I can relax and rest and read!
