Fucked up sleep, yet again!

My sleep is totally screwed up!

I slept last night, but the thing is, I was so exhausted, that I slept for 12 hours straight.

I seem to be going for around 2 days without any sleep, then I’ll sleep for an extended amount of time, and then I’m up and awake again and not sleeping.

Its really tough.

I woke up at 7 this morning, and even after 12 hours of sleep I still felt tired.

I fed Nitro, let him out and then I went back to bed until Frances came at 9 AM!

After I had coffee and breakfast I felt a little better.

Now again tonight I cant sleep. Its 2:40 AM now!

I doubt I’m going to sleep at all. I’m very stressed out about mom.

I really hope to get my sleep schedule back to some sort of normality soon!

  1. It’s no wonder that you have trouble sleeping with all going on with your mom. And it will get back to normal. It always does and you have a lot of experience with it. So really you are a pro in getting your sleeping rhythm back 🥰🤗
