Zzz, not happening!

Well…Its 1 AM! No sign of sleep coming. I knew it. I knew this would happen.

I rang the hospital to see how mom is doing. The nurse told me she’s comfortable, and she’s finally sleeping. I am delighted to hear she finally fell asleep…she needed it.

The nurse said they are keeping her pain levels controlled with meds, she didn’t say which meds and I didn’t ask.

I was trying to watch TV for the past hour, but I couldn’t keep focused on it…so I gave up.

Now I have the radio on and am listening to some music.

I might read soon. I have to finish off the book I am currently reading, I have been reading the latest Cathy glass book, A family torn apart. I had to reread it, as I fell asleep half way through it.

I have 2 hours left to go on it!

It’s a bank holiday here today. And its Halloween! I don’t celebrate Halloween. I won’t be handing out candy and I hope nobody comes to my door because I won’t be answering it.

I have my PA Trish coming at 3 PM! We’re going to make muffins, and shepherds pie.

I will have the shepherds pie for dinner today and tomorrow too. The muffins we’re making are banana oatmeal ones.

Other than Trish coming at 3 today, I have nothing on, and no plans.

So I can relax, and that is good, its just what I want to do with my day!
