She was standing next to her car in the empty parking lot rooting around in her purse for her keys when she thought she felt a hand on her shoulder. She whirled around, but she couldn’t see anything, or anyone. that’s strange, she thought. I’m sure I felt someone there. She continued rooting around in her purse, and then, she heard a rustling behind her. Immediately she spun around and looked, she saw a small child, crying softly. Are you ok, she asked? Its pretty late, are you alone? Yes, the little girl said. I’m lost. I don’t know where my mommy is. Can you help me find her? Of course, sam said, come on, where have you come from? The mall, the little girl said pointing to the front door of the shopping mall. Ok, Sam said, lets go back in, and see if we can find your mom. With that, she took the little girl’s hand, and together they walked into the mall.
