Didnt get my shot yesterday

So I never got my shot yesterday. It was a bit of a mess.

What happened was, I booked my taxi for 9 AM. At 9 AM there was no sign of any taxi coming, so I rang the taxi firm.

The lady I spoke to told me that John, my usual taxi driver was at the airport, and she didn’t have anyone else who could pick me up.

Drivers are refusing to pick me up, because I always or almost always ask for John, and so they won’t do the job.

Anyway, I decided I could wait until next week to get my shot.

I will see Dr. Barry next week, and I am also seeing Sarah my CPN then.

So then, I rang Kay, who is the nurse who administers the shot.

She was out sick, but she answered her phone to me.

I didn’t realise she was off, so I apologized to her and she said it was fine, that it was her fault for leaving her phone on and answering it.

I did feel really bad for ringing her when she was out sick though.

So that was that, no shot, but at least my dad came over and cut the grass.

And mom and my sister came over later in the morning also.
