A sort of quiet day

Not much going on today. Its been a quiet Monday for me. I had therapy this morning. That went well and it was a very productive session.

I came home exhausted. I had to work in the afternoon. Work was good too. No problems.

My old supervisor rang me, the bus driver had rang her all worried about me.

I hadn’t gone to my appointment with my CPN Sarah last week, she was unable to meet me and she’s not able to meet this week either.

He was worried, as he thought I’d just canceled them and that I might be struggling.

So he told Brenda about it and she rang to check in with me. So nice of her. I explained the situation to her and we had a quick chat about her new job.

I’ve been ripping movies to my hard drive this afternoon too. I got some used DVD’S on ebay.

I got 50 films for 6 euro.

What a bargain!

So that has been keeping me busy. I also got a call from my coordinator of the agency that I get my PA hours from.

She was phoning to ask me if I needed cover, since Trish is currently on holiday for a week.

I told her no, that Frances had offered to cover Trish’s shift, and when she found out that info she was very relieved.

Its always hard when I need cover, to get someone to do it.

I also had to call the pharmacy, to see if they had my shot in stock as I need it for this coming Wednesday.

They didn’t have a prescription for it, but they said they’d loan me one, and I could order a new prescription for them.

So then I had to whats app the prescription in to my doctor.

So I guess after all of that, the day wasn’t that quiet after all, but honestly, it felt quiet to me.

I’ve been watching some tv and am going to read in a little while.
