Brill result at weigh in!

So I forgot to write about my fab result at weigh in yesterday.

When I stepped on the scales I was down 2.5 pounds! Woohoo!

I was so chuffed.

I only have a pound to lose now to get my half stone award!

I am hoping to get it next week!

I stayed for the group after getting weighed in, and it was great. I find the group to be so supportive. I get a lot of good tips and advice from the other people in the group.

So, it was a great day and I am very happy with my result!
