Earlier this afternoon I got a text message from my GP’S surgery, to say I am now eligible for my covid booster shot and my flu shot!
I rang them to book myself in, and I was very surprised when the receptionist told me that there was an appointment available this Thursday morning at 9 AM!
I thought I’d be waiting weeks, as it’s a very busy surgery!
So I will go this Thursday with Frances, and get both shots.
I hope getting both of them at the same time will not make me sick!
I suppose it shouldn’t, they wouldn’t administer both of them at the same time if that was going to happen.
Knowing my luck, I’ll be unlucky, and have side effects from both shots.
Ah well, I will hope for the best, and hope I don’t.

I had them both at the same time (different arms) and was a bit sore for a day, but no biggie. Good luck! It’s great you’ll be more protected!
