I tried to explain it to my psych. It’s like multiple fuzzy radio stations blasting from the same frequency. I cannot isolate individual thoughts as they all come at me fast. On and in.it goes. She looked skeptical.

It depends on what I’m doing. If I’m really into a book or movie, I can focus. Or if I’m doing arts and crafts/painting, I can stay 100% with it. When I get in my writing groove, same. But if I’m doing something boring… then it’s tough!

Is the same for me with books, I’m always able to focus on a book even in the worst of times when my mood is really down or I’m really distressed. I can still always seem to focus on a book. 😍❤️❤️

Ditto. If I’m not into something, focusing is really, really hard. Just one reason among many why I was a terrible student. 🙂
