Hi everyone. Then I tried ringing the other coordinator, and she’s on annual leave until the 10th of October. Then I tried ringing Frances to see if she could cover today’s shift but she couldn’t. She was doing something else. So then I rang my mum, I asked her how to boil chicken because I’ve never done it before, she walked me through how to do it. I panicked, first I tried to ring my coordinator to see if I can get a replacement. She didn’t answer her phone. Yes, I’m going to attempt to boil chicken and have chicken with baby potatoes and peas for dinner instead of the chicken curry I’d originally planned to make.
I’m sure I can do this and it will turn out fine, I’m a bit stressed at the moment just because it was last minute noticed that trish gave me that she wouldn’t be coming today.
