October plans and goals

For her TGIF post, Paula light asks us what are your october plans and goals?

Well, I don’t have too many plans for October!

I will continue to go to slimming world, and hopefully I will continue to lose some weight.

I’d love to lose 2 pounds a week, meaning I could lose 8 to 10 pounds in October.

That’d be awesome!

I will probably start my Christmas shopping at some point during the month of October.

I like to be organized. I don’t have a ton of people to buy for this year, thankfully.

I don’t have any plans for Halloween, I will probably just stay at home, or maybe I will go to my parents house, we’ll see. I haven’t made up my mind yet.

I will continue to see my CPN Sarah, we’ll continue to do work together, I am also due to get my Trevicta shot on the 12th of October.

I will hopefully meet up with some friends during this month, I’ll also continue to go to therapy.

I won’t be cooking a lot this month, because my PA Trish is away for two weeks during October, and Frances is covering for me then.

I am going to read a few new books, and binge watch a few shows.

And that’s about it for the month!
