Weigh in this morning

I have my weigh in this morning.

I’m very nervous. I desperately want to be down some weight. I hope I’m going to be down at least 2 pounds, so I can get my half stone award.

I haven’t weighed myself since last week, because my CPN Sarah has my weighing scales.

Please pray that I have lost some weight. I’ll be very disappointed if I haven’t.

I was mostly good this past week, the only day I went off plan was on Saturday, when I had lunch at my sisters.

So fingers crossed I’ve smashed it and achieved my goal.
