It’s a yucky day here today.
The rain has been falling steadily all day!
Its wet and very murky outside!
I’ve had a pretty relaxed day. I woke early after getting a good nights sleep last night.
I was up and showered by 7:30!
Frances arrived at 9 AM. We got ready and went to slimming world at 9:30.
I had a disappointing result at weigh in, as I was up 1.5 pounds.
Not sure how that happened, but it did, and now I have to deal with it.
We stayed for the support group meeting, and then we got a taxi home, and we were home by 10:45.
I had some breakfast when we got back to my house, and Frances did the Vacuuming and mopped the floors.
She left at 11:30. I was meant to be seeing my CPN Sarah at noon, but she canceled our appointment.
My supervisor from friendly call rang me, and I told her I was willing to work so she sent me on a list of clients to call.
I made my calls, and all of the clients were doing well, so I had an easy shift at work today.
I finished work by 2 Pm. I decided to watch the budget, that is the measures our government is putting in place to help us with the rise in the cost of living.
The budget was very interesting. The government has come out with a whole host of measures to help people out.
I decided to try to update the operating system on my apple TV. That went without any problems, thankfully.
I caught up on some emails, and then I ate dinner.
Now I’m watching the news on tv, and I will probably read my book soon.
I don’t have any other plans for the evening.
