Overnight oats

This is a recipe I tried today, it’s a breakfast recipe, and its in my slimming world recipe book.

I’ll have this tomorrow morning for breakfast.

20 grams one ounce of oats

Fat free natural Greek yogurt

Fruit of your choice…I used grapes, kiwi and blueberries.

  1. Place 10 grams 0.5 ounces of oats in a glass or tall container. Make sure there is a lid for the container.
  2. Pour some yogurt over the oats.
  3. Layer some fruit on top.
  4. Repeat the steps again.
  5. Cover the container with a lid, and chill in the fridge overnight.
  6. Enjoy!
