The past

My head hurts

My stomach hurts

Fear grips me

And I cant see

I am not free

I am trapped

Trapped on this chair

With no air

I cant breathe

I am alone and feeling lonely

My heart is heavy

My head spins

And I can’t win

I am alone again

I feel as if I am living in sin

Flashbacks are a curse

I hate them

I hate them so much

The past claws at me

And I am never going to be free.
