First weigh in, a brilliant start!

I had my first weigh in this morning after re-joining slimming world last week.

I’m happy to say the scales was very kind to me!

I was down 3.5 pounds!

I am thrilled with that result! It’s a brilliant start!

I really did work hard this past week, so I had a feeling that the scales would show and it did!

I stayed for the group meeting after our weigh in, and I got some fabulous tips and some great advice for this coming week.

So onwards I go now! I’m determined to have another great week!

I’m feeling very positive and very motivated!
