I cannot do silence. I have a sound machine of waves,rain,wind,etc for when tv or music are overwhelming. Weird since noise is a trigger but it is noise I choose and control.

I like to have the radio on living alone. but then sometimes I crave silence..music always makes me feel betterer though.
