I am joining Weekend coffee share this week, so come on over, sit down, relax, I have coffee, tea or water, take your pick and lets have a catch up.
I’m not looking forward to the bad weather this weekend. I mean we do need rain, as we haven’t had any in about 9 days. But I am not excited to get rain.
I am, however excited to start reading the new Cathy Glass book. Its called a family torn apart. Cathy is a foster parent from the UK who writes memoirs about her foster kids. Her books are always amazing.
Tomorrow I am going to do some self care, I will have a lazy day, where I will literally do nothing, except what I want to do.
Next week will be busy. I see my therapist on Monday, I will also see my psychiatrist on Wednesday.
I go on Tuesday morning for my weekly weigh in, I’m hoping that in my first week I will have lost a significant amount of weight.
I’ve been also writing a lot lately. I write a lot of poems. I enjoy writing. It’s a great outlet.

I hear you about the weather… I was actually happy about the rain because my garden has been so miserable lately. It’s nice and sunny here but still with occasional showers. I’ve had a super busy week but next week I’m back to my normal routine so should be good. I hope you get a nice week ahead.

Hi Carol Anne,
I don’t know where you are, but we here (about an hour north of San Francisco) would love – LOVE a few good rain storms. Our state is bone dry when our leaders have been tearing down dams for lord-knows-what-stupid reason.
Besides, I love the sound of rain on our roof. There’s something peaceful about it – as long as I don’t have to work out in it as some do.
